Agnieszka Bąk-Bergander graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. In 2012 she completed additional legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers (OIRP) in Poznan.  She completed postgraduate studies in British law from the British Law Centre and a language certificate from Deutsches Sprachdiplom II. She is also trained in public speaking.

Bąk-Bergander represents both businesses and individual clients in litigation, taking care of the smallest aspects of the case to achieve a successful outcome for the client. She provides legal services in Polish and English.

She is a member of the Amendment of the Code of Ethics Counsel at OIRP in Poznan and is a regular expert contributor to industry journals.
