Audrius Bitinas has been practicing law for over 20 years. He is an experienced litigator and negotiator, specifically with governments and consultations for governments and administrative bodies. Audrius has a great deal of international experience in the reorganization and reform of social protection systems, including social security and social assistance, disability insurance and management, social inclusion, poverty reduction, employment, labour law, and informal economy. He is also very knowledgeable about strengthening the institutional framework and the analysis of the viability of the sector, and creating strategies for social inclusion and additional benefits. Since 2006, Adrius has been a researcher and Professor of Law at several academic institutions, including M. Romeris University, Gediminas Technical University, and Vilnius University. He brings this academic perspective to policy papers, as well as strategies, guidelines, and legislation. From an international point of view, Audrius has a wealth of experience in political-legal consulting, creating national strategies, and drafting legislation papers for the following regions abroad: Kyrgyzstan, Finland, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Cambodia, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ghana, Japan, and Tajikistan. In his free time, Audrius enjoys the theater.
