Daniel Sehayik, Esq. is an attorney based in North Palm Beach, Florida. He attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and graduated in 2010. Daniel Sehayik passed the bar exam and was admitted to legal practice in 2012.
Daniel’s clients include developers, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, brokers, property managers, lenders and borrowers in all aspects of real estate law. He represents and assists clients with complex real estate transactions including land use, acquisition, development, entitlement, design, development, and leasing and financing for a variety of project types including retail, medical, office, multi-family, industrial and mixed-use developments.
